2009 Satisfaction & Motivation Report
The SEEK Employee Satisfaction and Motivation survey measures how Australian employees are feeling in terms of job security, happiness and what they love and hate about their jobs. Now in it’s sixth year, the 2009 survey had over 6,000 respondents representing a diverse range of Australian employees.
The 2009 survey also presents new insights into how Australians feel in light of the current economic climate. The data has tracked how employees have felt throughout the past year and compares this to the long term average captured since 2003.
