Safety Inspectors, Damien's job is to
ensure that cannons in the nation's
parks and memorial sites remain
dormant.
Damien became fascinated with cannons at an early age. However, it was only after witnessing a bungled cannon demonstration at a military tattoo that he realized the importance of cannon safety.
Following a two and a half month stint in the army, Damien completed a degree in military history before joining the Department of Disarmament. Proud of his contribution to society, Damien goes to great lengths to ensure cannon accidents do not occur, and has even been known to stick his head inside a cannon's mouth to perform an echo test.
In his spare time, Damien hosts a military trivia night and likes to play the bugle
